Italian Easy Chicken Spaghetti RecipeOne easy Italian chicken spaghetti recipe with great taste is this one! A little time ago I saw this recipe it was a first course with chunks of chicken or turkey with eggplant. I felt good and I wanted to do it again because today I have some chicken at home, and as you know sometime we all want to change a bit.
Ingredients: serves 4
- 12 oz (340g) sliced chicken breast - 2 eggplants - 1 onion - 4 tbsp (60ml) extra virgin olive oil - 1 minced chili pepper - 1 tbsp (15g) tomato paste - salt to taste Preparation: medium 50 minutes1. Fry the onion in hot oil, when it became clear embed the sliced eggplant and chicken breast. Stir gently with a wooden spoon. 2. Lower the heat, then add red pepper, tomato paste and salt. Stir and continue cooking for 15 minutes more. Boil the spaghetti in a pot with salted water. When cooked, drain and season with the eggplant and chicken sauce. Serve immediately on the table and enjoy warm. |
