Italian Homemade Spaghetti Sauce RecipeMany people abroad have anchovies just on "Pizza" or cooked fresh. This Italian homemade spaghetti sauce recipe with anchovies and tomatoes goes a step further. TIP! I don't suggest at all to use for this sauce anchovies paste, although there are other Italian recipes that benefit from the use of anchovies paste, but this sauce is not the case. Still further it's an easy spaghetti sauce recipe that can be done in about 20 minutes.
Ingredients: serves 4With these ingredients you will make enough sauce to season about 12 oz (340g) of spaghetti. I regularly choose the juicy plum canned San Marzano Tomatoes when the fresh ones are not available, because they are ideal to make a flavorous sauce with great taste based on tomatoes.
