Steve's Homemade Italian Lasagna Recipe...Hi Steve here! I'm the one that made this homemade Italian lasagna recipe Emiliana style the previous weekend and we really enjoyed it. It was good, because I made a few errors that I know I may change to make the recipe more appealing for myself. I think I would need to run the vegetables for the ragú through a few pulses of a food processor to make them even finer than what I could chop as fine as I could. And I think after I drain the sheets, I would keep them in the pan in cold water to make them easy to handle for assembly, just taking the water off on a towel. We enjoyed the flavor very much, however! We enjoyed our dish with a simple salad and a nice wine from - Pisa! I followed Attilio's Italian Lasagna Recipe and I'm putting some pictures below for you to see the process... Ingredients: serves 4
