No Boil Lasagna Recipe

If you try to make a no boil lasagna recipe in a standard way you'll soon realize that the noodles will suck all the moisture out of the sauce.

TIP!
You'll find that if you use more sauce than when you use the ordinary boiled noodles, it will be helping to get your lasagna not dried out.

You can attempt to keep the sauce from drying out wrapping the lasagna pan with a foil and then bake it.

It's an important step, the noodles will be tender and not to much crunchy.

Another important note for you is that baking time for covered lasagne is longer than for uncovered lasagne made with boiled noodles.

A lasagne with no boil noodles needs about forty minutes in the oven, as compared to thirty minutes for a conventional lasagna.
