Authentic Italian Spaghetti Recipes

Among all spaghetti recipes are the most famous, and not only among Italians.

Thick spaghetti type are long and rounded, they are the oldest and one of the best known shapes of pasta, the most extensively used.

Today this word is spreaded all over the world and sometimes meaning different things for example as spaghetti junction, western, or monster.

Here, I'm talking about yummy Italian spaghetti recipes, and there are many you can make.

spaghetti

I just want to mention you the most popular ones, as the great Roman pasta carbonara or the famous spaghetti alla puttanesca, well known everywhere.

This list will be growning as I'm adding every time more Italian spaghetti recipes.

TIP!
Remember! The proper way to eat them is to take a few aside just rolling.

The spoon shouldn't be used, just twirl with the fork alone, and finally slurping spaghetti is never proper.

They go well with any kind of sauce, or traditionally served with tomato sauce.

    TIP!
When it comes to How to Cook Spaghetti I absolutely never break them before being tossed into the pot, and sure with thicker ones you have a bite more "al dente", to the tooth, slightly tender.

    TIP!
Thinner Spaghettini are particularly well suited to delicate sauces more than the thicker size.

Gourmet Artisan Spaghetti

Today many gourmet spaghetti are available and one good alternative is a Italian farro spaghetti. Farro is an ancient grain and pasta made with 100% farro flour is more easily digested than common dried pasta and its flavor is superior.

Alternatively gluten-free spaghetti made with maize flour. This flour is used to make polenta in northern Italian cuisine.

Anyway, I recommend you Italian artisan pasta makers if you really want to get the best taste from these particular types of spaghetti.
